What security measures are in place to ensure digital employee records remain protected?

We implemented several security measures to ensure the protection of digital employee records. These include the implementation of a unified e-file system using IBM FileNet, which replaces paper files and provides a user-friendly environment. The system scales user access rights, integrates with other banking systems, manages user logins and notifications, secures shredding and retention principles, and maintains a long-term trustworthy archive.

How does digital employee transformation align with broader business goals in banking?

The digital employee transformation aligns with broader business goals in banking by addressing old challenges and introducing new trends and solutions. The transformation supports remote work, reduces the carbon footprint, and mitigates risks like data leakage. It also aligns with market digitalisation trends and public sector requirements, enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of banking operations.

Additionally, the transformation emphasises process standardisation, control mechanisms, cost reduction, use of technologies, and talent management, all of which contribute to creating value and achieving business goals.

What role does automation play in reducing administrative workload for HR teams?

Automation plays a significant role in reducing the administrative workload for HR and Personnel and Payroll Department teams by streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.

My presentation highlights the use of digital tools such as Digital Frontend, CLM Workflow, E-sign, and Digital Archive, with the potential for further automation. These tools enable a paperless process throughout the entire employee lifecycle, increase the speed of processes, enhance user experience for employees and managers, and ensure the online availability of documents. The automation of these processes reduces the manual workload and allows HR and Personnel and Payroll Department teams to focus on more strategic tasks.
